Packing Information

EASY POSTUK - PACKING TIPS

• Choose the right size box for your goods (not too large)
• If the box has been used previously, please ensure all old labels are removed.
• Ideally items should be wrapped separately and should be placed in the centre of the box
• Please use a suitable material for packing;
• Newspaper - Bubble Wrap - Shredded Paper - Polystyrene
• Packaging tape must be used to secure the lid
• Attach delivery address clearly
• For health and safety reasons parcels over 25kg mark as heavy

IMPORTANT TIP!

ANY ITEM THAT MOVES INSIDE YOUR PARCEL IS MORE LIKELY TO BE DAMAGED.

EASY POSTUK - Pallets

The following may be carried if securely fastened to a pallet, stillage or otherwise correctly packed providing the goods do not overhang. Please note these items are not covered by insurance.

• Motor engine & gearboxes - provide all oils are removed and in clean state
• Metal bars, pipes, sheets or blocks
• Drums
• Framed Pictures
• Tins of paint or other fluids
• Bicycles and motor cycles
• White goods (refrigerators, freezers, cookers, washing machines etc)
• Fire Arms
• Sack or bags of loose products
